Small Group Personal Training
AVSP offers different options for small group personal training. Committments are not required! Call within one week to reserve your spot.
High Intensity Circuit Training (HIIT)
Need to maximize your caloric expenditure and lose weight? Adding HIIT to your training routine can increase strength and endurance.
Day: Thursdays
Time: 7:00am
Cost: $15 per session
Trekking
This treadmill training will improve your cardiovascular conditioning like you won’t believe! Using interval training, Trekking benefits men and women of any fitness level by working at varying levels. Inspiring coaching from your Personal Trainer will enable you to do your best.
Days/Times: Mondays at 12pm and Wednesdays at 6am
Cost: $15 per session
Women’s Circuit Training
This program combines several exercises that are completed one right after each other. Perform exercises for a specified time (30-45 seconds). Once you complte all exercises, that is considered one circuit. The total number of circuits you complete is for a total of 60 minutes. This is a great program for beginners.
