Racquetball Leagues

AVSP Fall 2009 League is currently underway.  The next registration period for the leagues begins in January 2010.

You must be an Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion member or non-resident tennis member to participate in the leagues.  We offer the following leagues:

Individual Competitive League

  • Separate leagues for men & women.
  • Leagues separated by skill level (A/B/C/D).
  • Some skill levels may be combined if there is insufficient number of players (e.g. A/B or C/D level).
  • Flex League: players schedule their own court time.
  • Prizes include gift certificate and free registration for next season’s league.

Doubles League

  • Open to men & women of all skill levels.
  • Sign up with a partner or individually (partners will be assigned to individual registrants).
  • Fixed League: Saturday, 9-10am for 5 teams or less; 9-11am for 6 or more teams.
  • Prizes include gift certificates and free registration for next season’s league.
  • Subs are allowed, however teams are penalized one point for sub use.

Non-Competitive League

  • Open to men and women of all skill levels.
  • Flex League: players schedule their own court time
  • Points accumulated by the number of games played.
  • Prize is free registration for next season’s league.

  • End of season social where the finals are played and prizes are distributed
