Celebrate July 4th in Ashburn Village!

10:30am - PARADE!
Dress up your bike, wagon, stroller as well as yourself. The parade will start at Fincastle Field, go down Fincastle to Ringold, onto the lake path and end at the Pavilion. This is a 1 mile route but those who wish for a shorter walk are welcome to join anywhere along the path.

11am-4pm - PARTY!
The party at the Pavilion will have a DJ, Dunk Tank, Surf & Slide and lots of other inflatables. To cool off, the pool and paddle boats will be open. Concessions will also be available.

Wristbands are required for the party and can be purchased at the door. Wristbands are $2 for members and $5 for members’ guests.

WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTY ACTIVITIES INCLUDING PAVILION AND OUTDOOR POOL USE.

9:15pm - FIREWORKS!
There will be a “low-flying” show from the island in Ashburn Lake.
 
Parking is limited so walking to the fireworks display is recommended.
 
If you choose to drive and you live North of The Lakes Recreation Center, try to park on the east side of Ashburn Village Boulevard (facing towards Route 7). U-turns will not be allowed on the Boulevard.
 
If you are parking on the west side of the Boulevard (facing south), you will be required to proceed to the light on Farmwell Road and right again on Ashburn Road. To re-enter the Village, turn right at either Gloucester, Louisa or Courtland.
 
There is also limited parking on Cheltenham Circle and at Dominion Trail Elementary. However, no left turns will be permitted out of either location.
 
Traffic security for this year has been doubled from last year.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pavilion Hours: The Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion hours on Wednesday, July 4th, will be 7am-6pm. All regularly scheduled activities are cancelled. 

Pool Hours: The outdoor pool hours on July 4th will be as follows:
Pavilion: MUST PURCHASE WRISTBAND TO USE
Mills & Woods: 11am-8:30pm
Lakes: 11am-4pm
